Failed to initiate transaction for merchant 'SSXXXXXX' with reference [NUMBER]

If you have experienced the full error message below. When processing a Pay Now with POLI payment. Please follow steps 1 - 4 to resolve this issue.

1) Open Merco Merchant Services - https://merchants.polipay.co.nz/ and enter your login credentials.

2) Click on the cogs in the navigation bar.

3) Scroll down to "Homepage web address", add your chosen URL and click 'Save Changes'

Please now test your Pay Now with POLi link.
