Merco Merchant Services - Forgot Password

Forgot Password

When logging into Merco Merchant Services  - https://merchants.polipay.co.nz/ and you have forgotten your password.

1) Click "Forgotten Password?"



2) Enter your email address in the field provided  and click "Reset Password"

Please be aware the email address entered must be the same as the one used when you signed up with POLi




3) You will now receive an email from POLi with a link to verify the reset of your password.

4) Once the email is received, click on the link and enter your new password followed by clicking "Reset Password"

5) Your password will now be reset. Please login to https://merchants.polipay.co.nz/ with your username and new password.
