Safari An error occured. Your payment cannot be completed
When
using Safari with iFrame. Once you select your bank and clicking
"continue" opens another browser window with URL (txn.apac.paywithpoli.com),
then that new page disappears very quickly and returns to the original
page with error "An error occurred. Your payment cannot be
completed."

Resolution: Please check if the GET Transaction is being called in POLi Console step log. By checking your transaction report.
Please try the following in Safari to resolve the issue:
- Disable
“Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” as POLi is embedded as iFrame.
Since, they interact with the third-party content provider as a
first-party website
- Allow
Cookies.
Once the above is done, please complete a test transaction, to confirm issue is resolved.
Please be aware. The error experienced happens if POLi is integrated as iFrame
( Since, the customer interacts with the third-party content provider as a
first-party website) and cookies are not enabled at the clients browser. Its mandatory
for the users to have cookie enabled browsers.
